1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggfap ("ggfap," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ggfap.app (the "Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the ggfap Platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or interacting with customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and ggfap.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ggfap Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an ggfap employee or affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory prohibition that restricts your participation in online gaming activities.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ggfap reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ggfap support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ggfap services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• You are registering only one account for yourself personally. Multiple accounts, whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof, are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and GCash or Maya account linked to your ggfap account are registered in your own name and are not shared with or accessible by any other person.

ggfap performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations. KYC documents must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal can be processed. ggfap may also require enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggfap account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued by ggfap or your linked GCash or Maya account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or ggfap customer support staff. ggfap staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing ggfap from a shared or public device.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) options made available by ggfap where possible.
• Notify ggfap support immediately — via the contact details in Section 16 — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ggfap shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your ggfap account — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access to ggfap in writing before the activity occurred.

5 Deposits & Payments

ggfap accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• GCash — the primary deposit and withdrawal channel for ggfap players
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) — fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine bank transfers — accepted for deposits subject to standard bank processing times

All deposits are credited to your ggfap account balance in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ggfap does not charge a fee for processing deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ggfap reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where accepting the deposit would constitute a breach of applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws.

6 Withdrawals

ggfap is built around the principle of fast, reliable payouts. Our standard withdrawal processing target is 1–2 hours for GCash and Maya transactions, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved and all verification requirements are satisfied.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be queued until the minimum is reached.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a GCash or Maya account registered in the same name as the ggfap account.
• Where a player has received a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• ggfap may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced KYC or AML (anti-money-laundering) checks. Players will be notified by email or in-platform message if their withdrawal is placed under review.
• ggfap reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day, to be communicated to the player at the time of request if applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ggfap offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
• A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) applies to most bonuses. This specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• ggfap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations under Philippine consumer protection law.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ggfap Platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any ggfap game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

ggfap's core fair play standards are as follows:

• Random Number Generation (RNG): All non-live game outcomes are produced by certified RNG systems. ggfap does not interfere with or manipulate RNG outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios. Outcomes are determined by the physical actions of live dealers and are not subject to manipulation by ggfap.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for slot games represent the theoretical long-run return and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, ggfap reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts. Malfunctions do not create valid claims for winnings.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggfap Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ggfap staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the ggfap Platform, its software, or its infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggfap Platform — including but not limited to the ggfap brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of ggfap or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any ggfap content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ggfap content.
• Use the ggfap brand, name, or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the ggfap Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ggfap's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ggfap is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

ggfap provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from re-registering for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications that display your session duration and net gaming activity at regular intervals.

To activate any responsible gaming tool, log in to your ggfap account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section, or contact ggfap support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggfap's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggfap account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggfap shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failure beyond ggfap's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subject to change.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ggfap makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

13 Termination

ggfap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if ggfap reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose ggfap to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point during your relationship with ggfap.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, ggfap reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balance and void any winnings associated with the breach. Verified real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach will be returned to your linked GCash or Maya account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable regulatory holds.

You may close your ggfap account at any time by contacting support. If your account balance at the time of voluntary closure is above the minimum withdrawal threshold, ggfap will process a final withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard 1–2 hour window.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ggfap's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction for the purposes of resolving any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ggfap support in writing and allow ggfap a minimum of 30 calendar days to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

15 Amendments

ggfap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ggfap will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notice on the Platform informing players of the changes.
• Where feasible, send an email or in-platform notification to registered account holders summarizing the key changes.

Your continued use of the ggfap Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

ggfap recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a player on the Platform.
